guaranteed. Most orders dispatched to UK addresses are usually sent by either Royal Mail
Tracked or Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service. International orders may be shipped via
Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or a similar courier.
- **International Shipping**: Additional charges may apply for international deliveries.
- **Dispatch Times**: The estimated dispatch times for products are indicated on the
individual product pages. In extreme instances, please allow up to 20 working days for
dispatch. For special orders and non-standard products, prices and delivery details will be
quoted at the time of acknowledgement of the enquiry unless otherwise specified.

#### Returns and Refunds
- **Return Policy**: You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange,
subject to certain conditions. Custom-made, engraved, and pierced items are
non-returnable.
- **Refunds**: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- **Exchange of Product**: If any product ordered does not fit or is not suitable, please
contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange for an exchange.
- **Return Procedure**:
Returned items must be sent in their original presentation box and protective packaging. The
customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and appropriate insurance cover. Use
of Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery Service' is recommended for returns within the UK.

#### Warranty and Liability
- **Warranty**: We offer a warranty on our products covering manufacturing defects for
twelve months from delivery. This does not cover damage caused by misuse or wear and
tear.
- **Liability**: Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for
any indirect or consequential damages. Diamonds4change.org shall not be liable for any
delay in performing or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure is due to
causes beyond our reasonable control.
